Overview
Role Mandate: Supporting the team by documenting and identifying gaps in IT and business processes through process mapping to illustrate current and future states.
Role Responsibilities:
• Documentation of various technological and business processes as they related to the team
• Attending meetings and cataloguing data/information in an organized and efficient manner
• Engage both the business and tech side in order to extract useful data
• Utilize both Microsoft Word and Visio
• Provide ad hoc project support
Must-Have Skills:
• Strong technical background in data management
• Banking or financial services experience preferred
• Ability to interact and communicate effectively with business and technology SMEs
• Adept in Visio, PowerPoint, Word
• Working knowledge of systems and database concepts
• Expert ability to synthesize and document complex technical processes, inputs, and outputs
• Organized, self-sufficient, and driven
Nice to Have Skills:
• Familiarity with ETL and reporting tools and processes
• Experience with SQL or similar programming languages
