Position Overview
We are seeking a Digital Signage Product Owner to lead the strategy, development, and lifecycle management of our digital signage platform. The ideal candidate will be experienced in product ownership and enterprise CMS platforms and will thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. This role requires close coordination with cross-functional teams to define product goals, gather user requirements, and deliver high-impact signage solutions aligned with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Define the strategic direction and roadmap for digital signage products
Serve as the primary contact for all internal digital signage initiatives
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and document user stories and acceptance criteria
Prioritize features and enhancements based on business value, feedback, and research
Partner with UX/UI and visual design teams to deliver intuitive user experiences
Lead planning and execution of release cycles, ensuring high-quality, timely deliverables
Onboard new users, manage account setup, and provide ongoing platform support
Communicate roadmap updates, product status, and feedback loops to all stakeholders
Monitor quality assurance, gather user feedback, and optimize usability and satisfaction
Required Skills & Qualifications
3+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or equivalent role
Strong written and verbal communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
Demonstrated ability to influence and collaborate across cross-functional teams
Analytical thinker with strong problem-solving skills
Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a dynamic, agile work environment
Preferred Skills & Certifications
Bachelor’s degree in a related field
Experience with CMS tools and display management platforms
AppSpace or Sitecore experience highly preferred
Proficiency with product management tools like Jira or Azure DevOps
Communication support experience and familiarity with roadmaps, documentation, and training resources
Work Schedule & Location
Location: Hybrid preferred (1–2 days/week onsite Chicago, IL), open to remote (onshore only)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM CST
