Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Form Editing Specialist to join our team for a short term project. As a Form Editing Specialist, you will be responsible for modifying and updating a variety of documents, primarily utilizing Word and Adobe formats. Your primary task will involve making logo and text changes to documents, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and adherence to branding guidelines. In addition, you will be responsible for various administrative functions related to document management and organization.
Responsibilities:
–Modify and edit a wide range of banking and finance-related forms, including contracts, agreements, applications, and other legal documents.
–Make logo and text changes to documents, ensuring accuracy and adherence to formatting guidelines.
Utilize advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word and Adobe formats to carry out document editing tasks efficiently and effectively.
–Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and consistency in document modifications.
–Conduct thorough quality checks to ensure documents are error-free, properly formatted, and meet industry standards.
–Provide administrative support, including filing, scanning, printing, and other tasks as needed.
Requirements:
–Proven experience in form editing, preferably within the banking or finance industry.
–Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Adobe Acrobat, and other relevant software tools.
–Strong attention to detail and exceptional proofreading skills to ensure accurate document modifications.
–Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
–Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
–Knowledge of branding guidelines and the ability to maintain consistency across multiple documents.
–Ability to work independently and take ownership of assigned tasks, while also being a team player.
–Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and requirements in a fast-paced environment.
Nice-to-have Qualifications:
–Previous experience working in a financial institution or banking environment
–Proficiency in graphic design software, such as Adobe Photoshop or Illustrator.
