Position Overview
We are seeking an IT Project Coordinator II to support enterprise provisioning and configuration activities within a large-scale technical environment. This position is responsible for managing and maintaining host resources, resolving configuration-related issues, and supporting hardware provisioning across multiple systems. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, technically capable, and comfortable working both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid environment.
Key Responsibilities
Perform and assist with provisioning, configuration, and updates of host resources within enterprise systems.
Maintain accurate tracking of system resources and associated configurations.
Manage and update ServiceNow tickets with detailed and timely information.
Assist in reclaiming and managing addressing and configuration data using established procedures.
Manage printer drivers, profiles, and configurations across a fleet of networked printers.
Provide Level 3 phone and remote support to field and technical support teams.
Prioritize and respond to urgent support requests, including occasional after-hours needs.
Create and maintain ServiceNow reports and dashboards for tracking provisioning metrics.
Document procedures and updates related to configuration and provisioning processes.
Identify recurring issues and recommend improvements for efficiency and accuracy.
Required Skills & Qualifications
2+ years of experience in IT provisioning, support coordination, or configuration management.
Proficiency in ServiceNow for ticket management and reporting.
Strong skills in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
Basic knowledge of PowerShell scripting or similar automation tools.
Familiarity with printer management systems and peripheral hardware setup.
Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to reliability.
Preferred Skills & Experience
Experience supporting mainframe or legacy host systems.
Familiarity with enterprise IT operations, provisioning, or asset management environments.
Prior experience in large-scale or regulated industries (e.g., transportation, manufacturing, or finance).
Work Schedule & Details
Location: Hybrid (onsite during training; hybrid schedule after onboarding)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, standard business hours; occasional after-hours support may be required.

Hourly Rate: $30/hour
Employment Type: W-2
Length: Long-term contract with extension potential
