Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced IT Manager to lead strategic technology initiatives and ensure the stability, efficiency, and scalability of the organization’s IT infrastructure and applications. This role is responsible for defining, delivering, and supporting IT strategy through collaboration with internal teams and stakeholders, with a focus on implementing secure and efficient systems aligned with business needs.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain the effectiveness and efficiency of the organization by leading the implementation of strategic IT plans.
Direct technology research aligned with organizational goals, user needs, and strategic initiatives.
Coordinate projects by managing timelines, resources, and deliverables in collaboration with user departments and data centers.
Conduct system audits to ensure proper implementation and performance of technology solutions.
Safeguard IT assets by implementing disaster recovery, data backup, and security control protocols.
Recommend IT strategies and policies by evaluating business outcomes, identifying trends, and forecasting technology requirements.
Manage financial responsibilities including annual IT budgeting, forecasting, expenditure tracking, and variance analysis.
Enforce organizational standards to ensure high-quality IT service delivery.
Maintain professional knowledge of current IT trends and practices through continual learning.
Contribute to cross-functional success through collaboration and team support.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Business Management, or related field.
PMP Certification required.
Proven experience in the IT industry, including software development and customer-facing IT solutions.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and aligning IT investments with business objectives.
In-depth understanding of IT infrastructure, information security, and disaster recovery planning.
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational abilities.
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
Advanced degree or certifications in IT operations, enterprise architecture, or cloud systems.
Experience working in highly regulated industries or Fortune 500 environments.

Onsite Requirement: As needed for meetings, workshops, or key initiatives
Work Hours: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM CST
