Overview
Program Manager – TPS & Lending
Leads assigned projects from project initiation to implementation to achieve desired business results. Ensures that a successful business outcome is the prime measure of project success including delivering projects on time, within budget, within quality standards and to the satisfaction of the project sponsor. Drives to mitigate execution risk to achieve the desired business outcomes. Understands the business/group and facilitates communication with other program/project managers and stakeholders efficiently and effectively. Directs, manages, and coordinates team members including other project managers, business and technology resources, user groups, internal and external consultants, and contractors, as well as vendors and external regulatory organizations.
Role Description:
This role will oversee the successful outcomes driven by a collection of Treasury and Lending focused Mid-Market projects.
•The role will be accountable for the day-to-day governance and execution of all TPS and Lending Mid-Market projects.
•The role will be accountable for collaboration across Commercial Banking Mid-Market initiatives
•PgM and the overall MM Program Director.
•The PgM will be responsible for financial management of all projects within their workstream.
•The PgM role will be responsible for the timely and accurate reporting of all risks and issues.
•The PgM will facilitate the decision-making process within the TPS domain
•The PgM will be accountable to report progress to the MM Steering Committee
Experience & Skill Requirements:
•Sr. PM role definition plus 5-10 years managing large, complex programs in a financial institution.
•Commercial Banking Treasury and Payments and Lending product experience nice to have
•PgM certifications nice to have
•MBA nice to have, post-secondary education must have, Business or Finance preferred
