Marketing Project Coordinator – Hybrid
Position Overview
We are seeking a Project Manager to lead and execute key client projects while ensuring on-time, within-budget, and within-scope delivery. This role requires strong cross-functional collaboration with internal teams, external partners, and vendors to facilitate seamless project execution. The ideal candidate will have excellent data analysis, risk management, and communication skills, along with the ability to track milestones, manage stakeholders, and uphold quality standards.
This position offers flexibility hybrid work, depending on project needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate internal resources and external vendors to ensure seamless project execution.
- Define and manage project scope, timelines, milestones, and budgets.
- Oversee internal and external meetings, tracking progress and summarizing key action items.
- Develop detailed project plans to monitor execution and measure performance.
- Support cross-functional collaboration with internal stakeholders, external partners, and vendors.
- Collect, process, and analyze data, pricing, and trends, utilizing data storytelling to communicate findings to leadership.
- Ensure all products meet quality, performance, safety, and security standards through thorough validation and testing.
- Develop and deliver product update presentations, tracking decisions, milestones, and action items.
- Maintain compliance with operational and vendor processes and standards.
- Perform risk management and operational validation to minimize potential project disruptions.
- Track short- and long-term project goals, adjusting constraints based on financial analysis.
- Create and maintain spreadsheets, diagrams, and process maps to document project needs.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or a related field.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification required.
- Proven experience in project management, including cross-functional team coordination.
- Strong data analysis skills, with the ability to present insights using data storytelling techniques.
- Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills, with attention to detail.
Preferred Skills & Certifications
- Experience working in structured corporate environments or vendor management roles.
- Familiarity with quality assurance, operational validation, and risk mitigation techniques.
Work Schedule & Location
- Work Model: Hybrid, depending on project needs.
- Work Hours: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM CST.
Contract Details
- Employment Type: Contract.
- Rate Range: $30-40/hr
