Job Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven National Director of Sales to drive revenue growth for our MSP offerings. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with a proven track record of generating leads, securing new accounts, and selling recurring services. This role requires a strategic thinker who can craft and execute sales strategies, build a high-performing sales team, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership: Build, lead, and mentor a team of sales professionals. Provide guidance, support, and coaching to foster the success and growth, ensuring achievement of sales targets and objectives.
- New Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities. Actively prospect and engage with potential clients to generate leads and expand our customer base.
- Sales Strategy: Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue goals and drive business growth in our MSP services.
- Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, operations, and technical support teams to ensure alignment and cooperation in delivering integrated solutions to clients.
- Sales Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze sales performance metrics. Deliver regular reports and insights to senior management to guide decision-making and strategy.
- Continuous Improvement: Drive continuous improvement within the sales team by implementing best practices, processes, and tools to enhance sales efficiency and effectiveness.
- Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitive dynamics, and market developments. Use these insights to refine sales strategies and tactics.
Key Qualifications:
- Sales Leadership Experience: Demonstrated success in sales roles with at least 5 years of experience in sales management and a minimum 2 years of MSP sales experience
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and metrics, recognize trends and opportunities, and make informed, data-driven decisions.
- Strategic Thinking: Strategic thinker focused on results, adept at developing and implementing sales strategies to drive revenue growth and business expansion.
- Leadership: Strong leadership and team-building abilities with the capacity to inspire and drive a sales team to achieve outstanding results.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Capable of building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
