Overview
Position: Site Manager
Location: Highland Park, IL
Hours: This is a full-time position requiring approximately 40-50 hours per week. Managers must also be available on Saturdays and be reachable in case of emergencies unless management is notified otherwise.

Job Description and Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations, including car wash operations and employee management
- Achieve sales goals, perform daily paperwork, and monitor inventory levels
- Provide oversight for the Highland Park location, a high-volume gas station
- Hire, fire, and train employees as necessary
- Ensure customer satisfaction by maintaining existing POP sales promotions and reward programs
- Monitor the cleanliness and functionality of the property and all elements of the business
- Maintain employee records, daily paperwork, invoices, and all other documents related to daily operations
- Consistently stock and organize store facilities
- Ensure compliance with local and federal regulations by maintaining consistent environmental records
- Commit to learning and understanding the industry, as well as staying informed on local competitive market trends
- Maintain a positive and forward-thinking approach to business success
Schedule:
8-hour shift, Monday to Friday, with required availability on Saturdays.
