Matt Brosseau

Director of Information Technology

As the Director of Information Technology, Matt Brosseau is responsible not only for the internal technology needs of the organization but also serves as a training and sales professional.

Prior to joining Instant Technology, Matt worked as a Java developer building a real-time translation solution for a web-based chat client within a digital events platform.  He eventually moved into the staffing industry as a technical recruiter and, more recently, has returned to a technology-focused career as the internal IT Director of Instant Alliance.

In this role, Matt is responsible for all of the internal IT functions of Instant as well as providing ongoing training and education to the staff.  He also regularly serves as a Sales Engineer, accompanying the executive leadership team and senior sales executives on strategic meetings.  Throughout his career, Matt has utilized his deep, technical background to help recruiters make the best match for both the candidate and the client, and ensure that Instant Alliance’s team remains at the forefront of technology recruiting.
