Support Cloud Infrastructure: Develop and maintain configuration scripts, CloudFormation templates, serverless services, and Amazon-hosted infrastructure.

Resolve Production Issues: Troubleshoot alarms, outages, network issues, and application incidents while coordinating escalations across DevOps and Problem Management teams.

Containers and Operating Systems: Working knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, Windows Server, IIS, and container-monitoring practices.

Troubleshooting Expertise: Strong understanding of systems, networks, cloud infrastructure, root-cause analysis, and production-support techniques.

Communication and Teamwork: Strong written and verbal communication skills with the flexibility to collaborate across distributed technical teams.
