Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Senior Integration Architect to support Contact Center applications and design scalable enterprise solutions across operational, reporting, and workforce platforms. This individual will architect integrations connecting contact center systems, workforce management tools, HR applications, data warehouses, analytics platforms, and related enterprise technologies.
The ideal candidate combines deep integration and cloud architecture experience with strong web-application knowledge. This role requires someone who can lead modernization initiatives, establish technical direction, and translate complex business requirements into secure, reliable, and maintainable solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Design Enterprise Integrations: Architect solutions using APIs, middleware, event-driven patterns, cloud-native services, and reusable integration components.
Develop Cross-Platform Data Flows: Design integrations between contact center platforms, workforce management systems, HR applications, reporting tools, data warehouses, and analytics platforms.
Lead Cloud Modernization: Guide cloud migration and modernization efforts for operational applications, reporting platforms, and supporting technology services.
Develop Web Solutions: Build responsive web applications, portals, enterprise search capabilities, mobile functionality, and interactive forms.
Establish Technical Standards: Provide guidance on architecture, development practices, governance, cross-browser compatibility, page optimization, and SEO.
Partner Across Delivery Teams: Collaborate with business stakeholders, developers, architects, and Quality Assurance teams throughout design, development, testing, and implementation.
Evaluate Technology Direction: Conduct benefit analyses, assess emerging technologies, and recommend solutions that improve scalability, performance, and customer experience.
Provide Technical Leadership: Introduce new ideas, support rapid prototyping, guide technical teams, and contribute to recruiting or performance-management activities when assigned.
Target Candidate Profile & Qualifications
Enterprise Integration Architecture: Strong experience designing integration solutions using APIs, middleware, event-driven architectures, and cloud-native technologies.
Contact Center Applications: Experience supporting or modernizing contact center platforms and their integrations with workforce, HR, reporting, and analytics systems.
Cloud Migration Experience: Demonstrated ability to lead application modernization and migration initiatives within cloud environments.
Modern Web Technologies: Advanced experience with HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, JSON, responsive design, mobile interfaces, and frameworks such as Angular, Bootstrap, or jQuery.
API and Framework Knowledge: Experience developing REST APIs and working with AJAX, XML, template engines, and MVC frameworks.
Application Development: Advanced object-oriented development or scripting experience using Java, .NET/C#, PHP, Ruby, or comparable languages.
Database Expertise: Strong relational database modeling skills and experience developing advanced SQL queries, procedures, and data-driven applications.
Development Tools: Experience with Git, SVN, TFS, unit-testing frameworks, IIS, Apache, and Agile/Scrum delivery practices.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or an equivalent technical discipline.

Architecture and Strategy: Experience developing future-state architecture, technical roadmaps, and governance standards.
Network and Active Directory Knowledge: Working knowledge of enterprise networking, Active Directory, and infrastructure dependencies.
Rapid Prototyping: Ability to quickly create and present prototypes that demonstrate proposed functionality and design concepts.
Technical Leadership: Experience supervising developers, directing technical work, or leading architecture and engineering teams.
Limited Travel Availability: Ability to travel once or twice per year when business needs require it.
