Project Overview
We are seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead a Financial Transformation initiative focused on the modernization and implementation of enterprise financial systems. This leader will collaborate across technology, finance, and executive teams to ensure seamless integration of new financial software solutions—potentially including Oracle, SAP, Workday, or other enterprise-grade platforms. The ideal candidate brings both technical depth and business acumen in managing large-scale financial system transformations.
Key Responsibilities
Drive end-to-end delivery of the financial transformation program, from planning through execution.
Partner with executive stakeholders, finance leadership, and technology teams to define program scope, goals, and success metrics.
Oversee the evaluation and implementation of new financial software solutions (Oracle, SAP, Workday, or others).
Manage program timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery.
Lead cross-functional teams across finance, IT, and business operations to ensure alignment.
Coordinate vendor selection, procurement, and integration activities.
Establish and maintain governance, risk management, and reporting frameworks.
Communicate program progress, challenges, and milestones to senior leadership.
Identify opportunities to streamline financial processes and improve operational efficiency.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field.
10+ years of experience in program or project management, with at least 5 years in financial system implementation or transformation projects.
Proven success leading enterprise financial software implementations (ERP, accounting, or reporting systems).
Strong understanding of both technical system integration and financial business processes.
Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Expertise in budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting processes.
Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
Preferred Skills & Certifications
Experience with Oracle Financials, SAP S/4HANA, Workday Financials, or similar enterprise ERP solutions.
PMP or PgMP certification preferred.
Prior experience in financial transformation within large or matrixed organizations.
Ability to influence at the executive level and drive change across global teams.
Work Schedule & Details
Location: Hybrid (onsite meetings as required)
Schedule: Standard business hours, Monday–Friday
Travel: Minimal; occasional travel may be required for key meetings or implementation phases

Hourly Rate: $85/hour
Employment Type: W-2 or C2C
Length: Long-term contract; duration dependent on project scope and phases
