Location: Onsite (no remote)
Type: Contract (extension possible, not guaranteed)
Starting Rate: $85/hour
Travel: Occasional
Timezone Coverage: Multiple time zones
Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to support Agile delivery across multiple teams. In this role, you will guide Scrum ceremonies, remove impediments, and help teams continuously improve how they deliver software. You’ll work closely with technical and business partners to promote transparency, accountability, and effective Agile practices.
Top 5 Must?Have Skills
- 5+ years of experience as a Technical Scrum Master
- Proven Scrum facilitation experience (sprint planning, daily standups, retrospectives)
- Strong Jira experience for backlog tracking and metrics
- Experience managing 2–3 Agile teams concurrently
- Ability to work across multiple time zones
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and support Agile best practices
- Identify and remove impediments impacting team delivery
- Coach teams on Agile principles and continuous improvement
- Track and communicate sprint progress using meaningful metrics
- Partner with stakeholders to drive alignment and delivery success
Preferred Qualifications
- Scrum certifications (CSM, CSPO, PMI?ACP preferred)
- Experience supporting Agile transformation initiatives
- Strong communication and facilitation skills
- Ability to build trust and work effectively across diverse teams
- Comfortable working in fast?paced, evolving environments
