Mirjana Schultz

President

As President of Instant Technology, Mirjana Schultz is responsible for developing the strategic plan to advance the company’s mission and corporate objectives while overseeing our Finance, Operations and Human Resource departments.

Prior to joining Instant Technology Mirjana was with The Carlyle Group/Akoya Private Equity as Chief Financial Officer. She also spent four years as Senior Vice President of Finance and Administration with Talent Intelligence, a risk management solution provider to global Fortune 500 firms.

Her career began at A.T. Kearney, a prestigious global consulting firm where she was the Chief Financial Officer of the Executive Search Division. During her fourteen year tenure she successfully helped drive the firm to its position as a leading global executive search firm by devising programs to exponentially increase revenue and advance its professional staff, while implementing best practices, quality metrics, and enhancing utilization.

While at Instant Alliance, Mirjana has overseen the growth and development of several new lines of business including the incredibly successful Recruitment Process Outsourcing division, as well as Instant Alliance’s new Finance & Accounting practice.  Mirjana’s network has led to several of Instant Alliance’s most strategic partnerships and continues to improve the firm’s standing in and around Chicago.

Mirjana was recently acknowledged in the TechWeek 100 as an enterprising woman in technology and has been featured in several publications due to her expertise and impact in Chicago’s technology and finance marketplaces.
