About the Role
A digital customer experience organization is seeking a Senior UX Designer to support customer-facing design initiatives across multiple platforms. This role focuses on delivering high-quality visual and interaction design solutions that are user-centered, accessible, and aligned with brand standards.
This position is ideal for a collaborative, craft-focused UX Designer who brings strong visual design, interaction design, and prototyping skills to complex digital products and thrives in cross-functional environments.

Key Responsibilities
Design and Craft Excellence
Develop visually engaging design concepts and high-quality design solutions aligned to brand standards
Create intuitive, usable, and engaging digital experiences across platforms
Ensure consistency across customer touchpoints and design systems
Prototyping and Iteration
Create low- and high-fidelity mockups and interactive prototypes for web, mobile, and other digital platforms
Rapidly iterate on designs based on feedback, research insights, and testing results
Collaboration and Communication
Work closely with UX designers, product managers, editors, and other stakeholders to deliver cohesive solutions
Present design concepts and solutions clearly and confidently to partners and leadership
Collaborate with developers during implementation to ensure design intent is preserved
User-Centered Design
Incorporate user research insights and feedback into design decisions
Ensure accessibility compliance and inclusive design practices
Continuously refine designs to improve usability and customer experience
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
5 or more years of professional UX design experience
Strong grasp of web design principles and user experience design for web, mobile, and touch devices
Experience creating detailed design deliverables including flows, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
Strong ability to communicate and defend design decisions effectively
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
