Nearly two decades later, Instant Alliance is now made up of 3 successful staffing enterprises specializing in staffing, consulting, education, and executive search across the industries of Technology, Cannabis, and Engineering.
We are currently seeking a Sales Professional to join our growing team located in downtown Chicago. As a Business Development Manager, you will work in a high-growth environment managing the end-to-end sales lifecycle of staffing/executive search in the fields of technology, data, engineering, marketing, operations, and more. We offer a full suite of human capital and consulting services to equip you with the right tools to succeed while also having you work closely with our CEO, President, and Recruiters to promote growth and development. We are passionate about technology and what we do, and, in turn, we are seeking people who are passionate about developing their careers at Instant Alliance.
Who you are:
- Experience selling staffing/executive search solutions or extensive experience in a business development and account management role doing solutions-based selling
- Must be a competitive high achiever and persistent professional
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals
- Flexibility to thrive and adapt in a high growth, fast paced, evolving industry, decidedly entrepreneurial in nature, a high level of energy
- Strong persuasive ability and goal oriented
- Proven relationship and people management skills with high level of professionalism
- Excellent cold outreach skills w/ ability to build lasting relationships
- Good organizational, interpersonal and communication skills
- Must be able to work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced environment with the ability to multi-task.
What you’ll do:
- Create and execute strategies to gain account intelligence and develop business with new and existing clients
- Provide relevant industry expertise and market intelligence to clients
- Generate sales leads and set client meetings to develop new accounts, establish relationships, and close viable business opportunities
- Present our services and solutions to key decision makers
- Services include providing a thorough assessment, analysis and process of workforce
- Augment existing recruiting efforts through job profiling and candidate identification provided by recruiters
- Build a dedicated onsite team with an Account Manager that works directly with internal business leaders and hiring managers to ensure delivery of best-in-class talent
- Manage the client relationship, recognize key client issues, and ensure that client needs, and project objectives are consistently met through weekly/monthly follow-up
- Attend networking events, sporting events, lunches, dinners, etc. to build client relationships
- Responsible for end-to-end delivery
