A large enterprise technology environment is seeking an Enterprise Engineer IV to support and enhance a large-scale virtual desktop infrastructure. This role focuses on maintaining, optimizing, and evolving Citrix-based environments that support critical business operations.

Enterprise Citrix Engineering experience across large environments

Experience supporting VMware virtualization and storage environments
Strong communication skills with technical and non-technical audiences

Experience using ServiceNow
Familiarity with SCCM, Workspace ONE, or SysTrack

Key Responsibilities
Enterprise Infrastructure Support
Design, support, and optimize enterprise-scale Citrix environments
Monitor, troubleshoot, and improve system performance and stability across the Citrix stack
Build, manage, and maintain virtual desktop images for Windows 10 and Windows 11
Support reliable endpoint connectivity for thin-client and remote user environments
Platform Optimization & Integration
Support automation and integrations related to virtual desktop services
Partner with internal teams to deliver scalable, resilient infrastructure solutions
Identify opportunities to improve performance, reliability, and user experience
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with technical teams and business partners to support operational needs
Communicate system status, risks, and recommendations clearly to non-technical stakeholders
Required Qualifications
5 or more years of hands-on Citrix engineering experience in large-scale environments
Advanced experience with Citrix technologies and enterprise Windows platforms
Strong knowledge of networking concepts including TCP/IP, DNS, firewalls, and routing
Working knowledge of VMware virtualization and SAN or storage environments
Experience supporting thin clients such as Igel, Dell, or HP
Strong written and oral communication skills
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
