Overview
We are seeking a hands-on Technical Project Manager III to lead enterprise-scale observability platform upgrades and platform configuration initiatives. This role partners closely with application teams, platform engineering, and vendors to ensure low-risk delivery, operational readiness, and repeatable execution for future upgrades and platform changes.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of platform upgrade initiatives, including planning, phased execution, validation, issue triage, and operational handoff
- Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders including application owners, infrastructure teams, and vendor partners
- Drive controlled rollout strategies, change execution, rollback planning, and post-change validation
- Manage enterprise configuration changes with minimal production impact through structured coordination and communication
- Maintain core delivery artifacts, including project plans, RAID logs, dependency trackers, decision logs, and runbooks
- Prepare concise status reporting and executive-ready materials, highlighting risks, dependencies, and progress
- Ensure operational readiness by producing validated runbooks and scalable delivery standards for future initiatives
Required Skills & Experience
- 3+ years of technical project management experience
- Demonstrated experience leading enterprise platform upgrades or large-scale infrastructure or tooling changes
- Strong understanding of change and release management for production systems
- Experience coordinating work across Linux, Windows, and containerized environments
- Strong project tracking, risk management, and stakeholder communication skills
Preferred Skills
- Observability or monitoring platform experience (Dynatrace strongly preferred)
- Experience with automation, process improvement, or operational scalability initiatives
- Experience supporting organizational or platform transformation efforts
- Strong written documentation and runbook development skills
