About the Role
A technology organization supporting large-scale airport operations is seeking a Technical Analyst to support Common Use Workstations and critical airport systems. This role sits at the intersection of technology and real-time operations, providing hands-on support for business-critical applications used in both customer-facing and operational environments.
This position is ideal for a technically curious, operations-focused analyst who thrives in fast-paced environments, can quickly triage production issues, and communicates clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Working knowledge of networking fundamentals such as IP addresses, host names, and DNS
Strong technical troubleshooting skills including log review and configuration validation
Key Responsibilities
Production Support and Operations
Support Common Use workstation applications across airport environments
Triage incidents, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate resolution across teams
Maintain high availability and minimize operational disruption
Testing and Deployment Support
Coordinate and execute testing for application and hardware changes
Document test results, track issues, and validate fixes prior to production deployment
Support deployment and production readiness activities including validation and post-deployment checks
Analysis and Continuous Improvement
Analyze incidents and operational data to identify trends and improvement opportunities
Recommend solutions to reduce repeat issues and improve system stability
Collaboration and Ownership
Work closely with internal teams and external partners to support operational success
Own assigned tasks or small projects end to end, including status updates and outcome reporting
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
Ability to work through ambiguous issues in real time
Comfort operating in fast-paced, production environments
Willingness and ability to travel up to 15 percent
