Project Coordinator – Learning & Program Support (Contract)
We are seeking a detail oriented Project Coordinator to support learning programs, training initiatives, and internal projects within a large corporate environment. This role focuses on coordination, communication, and execution rather than content creation or facilitation.
Key Responsibilities
- Support learning and development programs through day-to-day project coordination
- Manage schedules, communications, and logistics related to training or program activity
- Track project details, participation, and basic metrics to support reporting
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure programs run smoothly
- Assist with documentation, presentations, and general program support tasks
Top Requirements (3–5)
- Strong organizational and coordination skills with solid follow-through
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
- Experience supporting projects, programs, or operations in a professional environment
- Comfort working with standard business tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, email, virtual meetings)
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Nice to Have
- Experience supporting learning, training, or development programs
- Background in program coordination, operations, or administrative support

Compensation
- Starting Pay: $36.44+ per hour
Contract Details
- Contract role with potential for extension based on performance and business need
