Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented Learning Operations & Program Coordinator to support leadership development programs and learning delivery initiatives. This role focuses on coordinating training operations, managing program logistics, and ensuring accurate reporting and communication across learning activities.
Core Responsibilities
- Coordinate end-to-end learning program operations including scheduling, logistics, delivery support, and attendance tracking
- Manage training communications including audience targeting, message distribution, and follow-up workflows
- Support learning program execution across multiple regions and time zones
- Maintain and manage learning records including enrollment, attendance, and reporting
- Analyze program data, validate accuracy, identify trends, and provide actionable insights
- Assist in optimizing learning processes and improving program delivery efficiency
Required Skills & Experience
- Hands-on experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS), including enrollment, tracking, and reporting
- Strong data analysis and reporting capabilities, including working with program metrics and data validation
- Experience supporting training or learning program coordination and operations
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel (reporting, tracking, analysis), Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook Calendar
- Strong organizational and communication skills with attention to detail
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Cornerstone or similar LMS platforms
- Experience with Power BI for reporting and dashboards
- Familiarity with Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive for collaboration
Compensation
- Starting pay: $30–$33/hour
