Role Overview:
Senior IT Project Managers to join the Applications portfolio. This team oversees a suite of over 70 SaaS and enterprise applications, actively modernizing systems and refining intake and governance processes.
We are looking for seasoned PMs who strike the ideal balance between methodical project discipline and proactive leadership. You are not just a task-checker or coordinator; you are a critical thinker, thought leader, and cross-functional driver who can guide ambiguous initiatives from initiation to completion.
Key Responsibilities
- Project Discipline & Governance: Lead foundational project initiation, including establishing stakeholder alignment, authoring project charters/scope documentation, and setting up effective governance models before diving into execution.
- Leadership & Cross-Functional Influence: Drive key decisions, facilitate complex workshops, align fractured stakeholder groups, and proactively identify missing risks, dependencies, or unengaged teams.
- Technical Integration & Data Oversight: Serve as the strategic bridge between business units and technical teams. “Connect the dots” across complex data flows, system integrations, APIs, and data mapping requirements without needing to write code.
- Vendor & Application Delivery: Drive implementation across major business domain applications, holding internal technical teams and third-party vendors accountable to timelines and deliverables.
Immediate Focus Areas
You will be assigned to take immediate ownership of strategic corporate systems initiatives, such as:
- Corporate Real Estate Systems Modernization: Leading the deployment of a specialized construction and project management tool, coordinating complex integrations across Oracle ERP, project portfolio tools, procurement, and invoicing systems.
- Environmental & Governance Systems: Managing the delivery of enterprise risk, auditing, and compliance platforms requiring multi-source data feeds (e.g., fuel management data, spend metrics, and regulatory tracking).
Qualifications & Ideal Profile
- Experience: 7+ years of progressive IT Project Management experience, specifically overseeing enterprise SaaS deployments and complex application integrations.
- Core Competencies:
- Strong foundational PM methodology (charters, scope definition, stakeholder management, risk mitigation).
- Hands-on familiarity with data mapping, system interfaces, ERP ecosystems (e.g., Oracle), and API-driven architecture.
- Proven track record leading workshops and driving consensus among divergent business groups.
- Mindset: Flexible, adaptable, and creative in problem-solving. Able to apply PM rigor without being rigid or dogmatic in approach.
