**Job Description:**
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Manager to join our team. The Technical Manager will play a critical role in ensuring the successful development, implementation, and adoption of systems in accordance with the Agency’s functional and technical requirements. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual with a deep understanding of technology and a passion for driving organizational change to make a significant impact in a dynamic and collaborative environment.
**Responsibilities:**
– Possess a detailed understanding of all technologies and technical approaches, with the ability to quickly grasp the technologies used in the target system.
– Facilitate discussions between technical and non-technical resources, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
– Ensure that systems are developed in alignment with the Agency’s requirements and best practices, with a focus on efficiency, scalability, and security.
– Function as an implementation manager, guiding the Agency through the adoption and use of the system.
– Assist in improving implementation processes through increased speed and efficiency, ensuring timely delivery of project milestones.
– Provide necessary training to Agency staff and facilitate organizational change to support system adoption.
– Manage all technical changes according to best practices, ensuring that system configurations are documented and maintained throughout the design, development, implementation, and operations phases.
**Requirements:**
– Bachelor’s degree in a relevant technical field (preferred).
– Minimum of five (5) years of experience as a technical manager, with a proven track record of success in public sector healthcare system implementation projects.
– Institutional knowledge of federal regulations pertaining to healthcare projects is highly desirable.
– Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
– Excellent problem-solving abilities, with a focus on driving continuous improvement and innovation.
– Home office location must be provided.
