Overview
We are seeking a Learning Strategy Instructional Designer to join a global learning team. This role focuses on building impactful learning solutions that align with business goals, enhance the learner experience, and support scalable program delivery across the organization.
The ideal candidate combines strong instructional design expertise with the ability to manage projects, collaborate with stakeholders, and deliver high-quality learning outcomes across multiple formats.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop learning solutions across multiple modalities including eLearning, instructor-led training, virtual learning, microlearning, job aids, and performance support materials
- Apply ADDIE and Instructional Systems Design methodologies to design engaging, learner-focused content
- Partner with stakeholders and subject matter experts to ensure alignment with business objectives
- Manage multiple projects and workstreams simultaneously while meeting timelines and quality standards
- Support and lead training sessions as needed, including train-the-trainer initiatives
- Utilize tools such as Articulate 360, Rise, LMS platforms, Qualtrics, and Microsoft Office to develop and deliver learning programs
- Track and analyze learning metrics to evaluate effectiveness and drive continuous improvement
- Review and optimize existing content to improve quality and relevance
- Communicate clearly and effectively with stakeholders to support program execution
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in instructional design and learning development
- Experience working in a corporate or enterprise environment
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Proficiency in Articulate 360, Rise, and Microsoft Office
- Experience working within an LMS environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Problem-solving mindset with a focus on delivering practical solutions
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with video or animation tools such as Vyond or Synthesia
- Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira
- Strong business acumen with the ability to align learning solutions to organizational needs
- Experience supporting large-scale or cross-functional initiatives
