As the Human Resource Payroll Manager, Lisamarie Gayle comes with over 10 plus years of experience in the Human Resource and Payroll industry; including recruitment/talent management, payroll, HR system administration, workers compensation, training & development, records management, HR Policy development, compliance, and auditing.

Lisamarie takes great pride in her relationships and always goes the extra mile to deliver the best solutions to Instant Alliance’s  clients and consultants. Lisamarie works strategically with key executives, reporting managers, HR & procurement, consultants on assignment, and our recruiting team to establish client by client strategy & vision for each engagement Instant supports.

Lisamarie has spent the last decade building and bridging relationships with each consultant that has worked with the firm, from personally calling them during the onboarding process to following up to check and see how the assignment is going. Lisamarie ensures that our consultants are personally walked through the entire Instant Alliance Recruiting Process.
