My name is Rona Borre.
I have 3 kids: ages 15, 14, and 9.
I work full time as the CEO of Instant Alliance.

BIGGEST CHALLENGES AS A WORKING MOM:

I would say the biggest challenge as a working mom is having enough time. I always seem to be rushing around and there is never enough time in the day to get it all done.

TIME SAVING TIP FOR WORKING MOMS:

Get organized and try to get your kids in after school programs at the school. This gives you extra time to get home and you know they can be looked after until 5:00pm.

ANY WORKING MOM GUILT?

You have to be present when you are with your kids. I had to move past the working mom guilt a long time ago. I try to do something with each of my kids every week. If I can’t get to an event I try to sit with them before bed to get a recap of their day.

CAN YOU HAVE IT ALL?

Not sure. In my experience something always has to give. There is only so much time in the day. Some days I can accomplish more on the work front and some days I am doing more things with my kids. It is a constant balancing act.
